This Returns & Refunds policy describes the conditions under which Pixway Technologies INC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Petfeeder.store, accepts returns and issues refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (or the date you received the product). Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Change of Mind (Unopened / Unused)

If you have changed your mind, we accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The product must be in resalable condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you may return it even if it has been opened or used. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue. We may request photos or a brief description to process your claim.

Items that have been opened or used for reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., change of mind after trying the product) are not eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond with instructions and the return address (we provide the return address after you request a return; it is not published on our website)
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide, following any packaging instructions

4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind (unopened/unused): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Defective or damaged items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon approval.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., the credit or debit card used at checkout)
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns; for defective/damaged items, we will refund the full amount including shipping

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may be non-refundable due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., if opened and used for non-defect reasons). We will inform you when a return cannot be accepted.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please request a return and place a new order.
