This Shipping & Delivery policy describes how Pixway Technologies INC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Petfeeder.store, ships and delivers orders to our customers.

1. Shipping Region

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Within British Columbia, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from shipment. For other provinces, delivery may take 5–10 business days or longer depending on the carrier and destination.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Applicable taxes may apply to shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use this to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees to reship.
